CHALLENGE

Butler/Till is a results-driven media and communications agency in Rochester, NY. Due to their successful growth rate and recent acquisition of consulting agency, Butler/Till needed assistance in hiring approximately 70 new employees within six months (October 2021-April 2022) for their current and new client growth rate to keep simultaneously propelling forward.


Since the pandemic, there have been repetitive peaks and valleys amongst hiring volume across all industries along with candidate availability, which is now coming to find it’s balance as the economy is back to work.


APPROACH

Imagine Staffing was given this task and able to provide cutting-edge data analytics and achieve all KPIs (key performance indicators) in half the allotted time frame, allowing Butler/Till to take on additional clients during the acquisition. Imagine provided continuous insights on current market conditions alluding to where top talent may be found, along with other statistics including salary expectations per market, competitor insight, and more. This allowed Butler/Till to stand out and be the preferred employer of choice within their industry.


Being close neighbors, Imagine Staffing also brought brand awareness to Butler/Till’s Rochester location by co-branding job openings and promoting digitally to surrounding areas.


SOLUTION

The task of hiring these new candidates was so successful that it expanded to a continuous partnership between Butler/Till and Imagine Staffing. Imagine was able to provide additional support alongside their quick growth, proving worthy of another RPO contract for the filling of all types of roles. The relationship continues to grow and expand indefinitely, while having the synergies of both women owned companies at the forefront.
